1. Identify the exact product

2. Stop if the packet is physically damaged
Do not reheat a torn, leaking, scorched, swollen, or otherwise damaged sachet. Use the damaged sachet replacement checklist, then contact Support if the condition is unclear.
3. Check the indicator before assuming failure

4. Let the product cool completely

A poor seal, blocked airflow around the pack, wet contents, or frequent opening can make a correctly recharged pack appear ineffective. Check the storage setup before replacing the desiccant or increasing the amount.
6. Decide: recheck, recharge, replace, or ask

Can I recharge desiccant before it is saturated?
