Great! Jordan, can you do a little bit of an introduction of yourself first?

Absolutely, I grew up always outside in nature and loved the freedom and peace it made me feel. I was always painting and drawing as a child and my artwork was ever evolving as I got older. When I stumbled upon resin art back in 2017 it quickly evolved into finding ways to incorporate nature into it. With my lifelong love of flowers it was inevitable that I would end up building an entire career out of combining two of my favorite things in the world, nature and art.

Aww, so beautiful. During the years of flower preservation, you must have tried many brands of silica gel crystals. Why would you choose us at the end?

After years of doing floral preservation, Wisedry was always my choice because the quality has always been top notch. I feel the safest when I use it, and the crystals are so fine that I don’t have to worry about imprinting on the precious flowers I get. It’s easy to recharge, and I get vibrant colors everytime I remove the flowers and it’s the best feeling!

Thank you so much for your love! You must have preserved memories for many people. What were you thinking when you preserved these flowers?

I always feel blessed to be in the presence of so many actual memories, I always think that these flowers were present during the most important days of my clients lives, and it makes me so proud and feel special to be able to freeze that memory in a tangible form for them.

It’s such a beautiful answer. Is there a story behind the flowers that leaves you a strong impression?

Some of the flowers that the clients choose represent members of their families, and same goes for certain colors! So hearing their stories and the connections they have to each species of flower is another deeply sentimental element of flower preservation.

Aww.These are all meaningful flowers. If you could sum it up in one sentence, what does this job, flower preservation mean to you?

Flower preservation to me, means capturing a forever memory from a temporary moment. It’s not about being perfect, because few moments in life ever truly are… but it doesn’t make them less amazing and special to us. We don’t remember the little inconveniences or the moments of stress, but the big life moments that truly make us feel something so powerful inside our souls. I try everyday to capture the essence of the bouquets and memorial arrangements for my clients so that they feel those special moments when they look at their preservation.
