Currently, our online store only ships within the United States.
2. Free Shipping Eligibility
Customers in the continental USA are eligible for free shipping when their order value exceeds $49.99.
3. Delivery Time Calculation
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Typical shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.

Please note that shipping to addresses outside the continental USA (such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico) will take significantly longer. Additionally, special items like Resin & Alcohol inks, Silicone Rubber cannot be shipped to AK/HI/PR. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
5. Customs Duties
American orders are not subject to additional customs duties.
6. Tracking Information
We will update the tracking information once the package is shipped. You will receive an email with shipping notification and tracking details. Another email will be sent once the order, with tracking information, is delivered.
